Textured Silver Leatherette Stars on Tulle

This is a fantastic crazy star fabric, made up of strips cut from thin textured warm silver metallic leatherette with stars hanging off them, sewn onto a sheer tulle in an overlapping manner. The stars can be steamed to lay flat, or stick out from the fabric randomly, up to you! (Do not iron!)
