This is a remnant piece of a luxurious, soft, drapey silk velvet composed of a blue silk chiffon base and a matching blue viscose pile, this colour has been named Marine by the manufacturers.
This velvet can also be used for devoré and is dyeable. 82% viscose 18% silk, approx 180g per linear metre.
