Black Wool Circles sewn onto Silk Georgette

This is a black silk georgette with wool sequin-like circles sewn in lines going down the length of the fabric. The silk georgette ensures that the fabric isn't too heavy and has good drape, but the wool circles are thick enough to give the fabric good weight.
