A luxurious, soft, drapey silk velvet composed of a silk chiffon base and a viscose pile. This one has been gradient (ombré) dyed in blues, light blue at one selvedges going into a deep navy at the opposite selvedge.
This velvet can also be used for devoré and is dyeable. 82% viscose 18% silk, approx 240g per linear metre.
When you order a swatch of this you will be sent a 3-4cm strip from selvedge to selvedge, hence the slightly higher swatch cost.
