This is a fun and unusual fabric, unique to us, consisting of a nylon tulle base fabric with feather shaped fringe made from pleated polyester organza sewn on in lines from selvedge to selvedge. The feathers is approx 10-12cm long. The fabric is quite light, with great movement. Instant wings!
