Embroidered Polka Dot / Spot Tulle - Small Black on White

This white nylon tulle is soft to the touch and has small black embroidered spots or dots all over it, great for overlaying in skirts, or for millinery. Also available in ivory with ivory spots.
Please note that some of the photos are taken on a pale blue satin background to make the tulle stand out more.
